Headquartered in the Netherlands, Lim Vermeer splits his time between Europe and Washington/Baltimore.
Since launching his professional career over 30 years ago, Steve has participated in all aspects of the marketing and media continuum – including senior positions in a wide range of media companies as well as in a leading DC-based advertising and public relations firm. Considered an innovator in marketing technology to government, Steve regularly speaks on this subject in forums across the country.

Cheryl is a senior capture and business development executive with more than 20 years experience in the information technology (IT) and federal government contracting arena. She has served at both privately-held and publicly-traded companies, as well as one of the largest ESOPs in the U.S. Specializing in capture, brand management, partner marketing, strategic planning, business development and product launch, Cheryl’s experience spans diverse markets in both large scale and smaller, entrepreneurial environments.
Bob Walker brings nearly five decades of legislative and executive experience to client relationships. Bob is the former Congressman representing Pennsylvania’s 16th congressional district, and served as Chairman of the House Science and Technology Committee and worked with several Presidents on space and technology agendas. He is a master legislative strategist and remains the only sitting Member of Congress ever to have received NASA’s prestigious Medal of Honor for Distinguished Public Service. More
Dr. West is one of the most recognized names in American government technology and management. His career includes service as CIO of the National Weather Service, Department of Commerce, FEMA, the FDIC and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. He is a former President of the American Council on Technology, AFFIRM and an adjunct professor at Georgia State University. While at Microtech, Dr. West supported Microtech CEO Tony Jimenez in execution of his vision to build a customer-centric innovative business providing the most advanced solutions to complex government mission requirements.
