Mr. James F. Geurts was sworn in as Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development & Acquisition, following his confirmation by the Senate November 2017. As the Navy’s acquisition executive, Mr. Geurts has oversight of an annual budget in excess of $100 billion and is responsible for equipping and supporting the finest Sailors and Marines in the world

Harrison Smith

Harrison Smith is the Chief Procurement Officer (Acting) at the Internal Revenue Service within the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He is responsible for all acquisition programs and contractual commitments for equipment, supplies, and services for IRS and Treasury Departmental Offices (approximately $2.4 billion annually).

 Lance Leggitt

lance-leggittLance Leggitt is Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy and Deputy Director of the President’s Domestic Policy Council (DPC). Mr. Leggitt is a Washington policy veteran who began his career as a senior policy advisor to former Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore. He held senior positions in the George W. Bush Administration in both the Department of Health and Human Services and the White House.

Mr. Leggitt is one of President Trump’s top domestic policy advisors and has major responsibility in coordinating the President’s domestic agenda across Executive Branch departments and agencies.
