Brad Antle

President and Chief Executive Officer

As President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Salient Federal Solutions, Inc. (Salient), Brad Antle brings three decades of experience as a leader in developing and delivering information technology(IT)solutions. In August 2009, he formed Salienta mid-tier, FederalITand engineering solutions business. The company enables government and corporate agencies to respond quickly to new or surge mission requirements with exactly the right people, skills, expertise,and technical solutions.

Prior to Salient, he was President and CEO, of SI International, Inc. (SI). While at SI, he helped lead the growth of the company to$600 million in revenue, both organically, and through the successful integration of nine acquisitions. In November 2002, the company successfully completed aninitial public offering and was later sold to Serco Inc. in December 2008.

Prior to joining SI, Mr. Antle was named the first Director of Washington Technical Operations for Lockheed Martin. Within three years, he grew the organization to more than 1,700 engineers, supporting 21sites and 70programs. Mr. Antle began his corporate career at General Electric as Senior Systems Engineer where he formed a quality engineering department of 150 professionals, supporting more than $400 million in development contracts.

Mr. Antle served in the U.S.Navy for eight years as a Surface Warfare Officer and was Deputy Department Head for Systems Engineering at one of the Navy’s software development facilities for tactical embedded systems. Following his release from active military service, Mr. Antle served in the Naval Reserve from which he retired with the rank of Captain.

Mr. Antle holds a Master in Engineering from Penn State University, a Master in Business Administration from the National University in San Diego, CA, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Antle currently serves as a member of OnPoint Advisory Board, the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Board,and the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington. He also is the current chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).
